Rachel Ougier Simonin spent 25 years as a senior executive across multiple industries and corporate environments, in leadership roles combining strategy, operations, and execution.
5 years ago, she transitioned into entrepreneurship and built 2 brands and products from the ground up. This experience shaped her understanding of what happens when executives leave structured environments to create their own path, and of the gaps between ambition and execution.
Rachel is known for her ability to bring clarity and structure to complex situations. She works primarily with leaders and entrepreneurs navigating growth, transition, or disruption, when existing models need fixing.
She brings deep expertise in operational excellence, offer design, business development, operations, and end-to-end systems. Her work is grounded finding realistic and actionable paths forward.
In parallel, she actively supports Swiss and women communities, where she volunteers her time and experience.

Philippe, Board Member & Business Mentor
Philippe D. Etter has been an entrepreneur for 35 years. He supported over 450 business projects focused on innovative products or B2C/B2B services. Philippe is primarily involved in building bridges between established companies with their sources of innovation and inspiration: startups.
He specializes in projects that require rapid revenue generation; and is particularly interested in project consistency, organization, and the implementation of systems to free time entrepreneurs need for fundamental business development.
He also has supported MedTech and BioTech companies in defining their USP, seeking funding, and launching their products.
Philippe teaches at the FHNW in Muttenz (Basel) and the HEIGVD (Vaud). He has a detailed understanding of R&D, industrialization, quality, and regulatory aspects of regulated products.
He is currently a member of the board of directors of Tracknet, Favez Energie, ICAM, Productec, Aspivix and Orthosens.
